Who to contact

Thracian View is a proposed senior-living project managed by Matthias Zeitler. For questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@thracianview.com.

When you inquire

We collect your name, email, language, home interests and the message you choose to send so we can respond to your request and keep track of the conversation. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health details. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for EU jurisdiction and sent to the project team by Cloudflare Email Service. Only authorized account administrators can access the database. The website automatically removes database inquiries after 12 months; email correspondence may be retained where needed to continue a conversation or meet legal obligations.

Security and abuse prevention

Cloudflare processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. Our form uses an hourly hashed network identifier for submission limits, deleted after 24 hours. We do not store the raw IP address in the inquiry database. We process inquiries to respond to steps you request before a possible agreement; security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It uses cookies to measure page visits and selected interactions, including a successful inquiry submission. We do not send names, email addresses or message text to Analytics. Google may process data outside the EU under its applicable safeguards. Analytics cookies can persist for up to two years; your preference is saved in this browser for six months.

You can decline or withdraw consent using “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. Declining does not affect your ability to use the website or inquire. Google’s own privacy information is available at Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw analytics consent. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.

Language preference

On your first visit to the homepage, we use your browser’s preferred language. If you choose a language from the menu, we remember that choice in this browser. This setting is not used for advertising.

Embedded map

The location section uses an embedded OpenStreetMap map. When it loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap to request map tiles, which discloses your IP address and browser information to that provider. OpenStreetMap privacy policy
